A 'significantly not as described item' would be an item with a:

• Different category.
• Different brand.
• Different size.
• Different condition, i.e. damage or visible flaws that were not detailed or shown in the photos.
• Different colour, i.e. major differences in colour that are not caused by changes in ambient lighting.
• Different material.
• Missing parts.
