Learn how to sell with DESTASH
Get started
Create an account. Start off by using our Getting Started guide to download and setup the app for free.
Setup payment processing. In order to become a Seller you must be able to make and accept payments via a third party payment processor which has been linked to DESTASH.

List your first item
Initiate a new product listing. Get started by following these steps.
- Navigate to the 'Sell' screen by swiping or using the the menu.
- Tap the '+' floating action button, this will open the 'Sell Product' screen.
Add product images. Great photos that show off your preloved items are the best way to attract buyers and make a sale. Follow these steps.
- Take a photo. Tap the camera icon to add one or more photos. You may be prompted to allow DESTASH access to your camera, this permission is required and without it you will not be able to take photos.
- Review and manipulate it. Once you tap the shutter button the picture will be available in the review screen where you can manipulate it using pinch and drag gestures. Tap the 'Tick' button to use the image once you are happy.
We recommend providing photos of at least the following.
- The front.
- The back.
- The labels, showing off the brand and size information.
- Any defects or wear and tear.
Add product detail. This is the place to add information detailing your item.
- Category
- Brand
- Size
- Condition
- Title
- Description
Specify the item price. Select an item price that you are comfortable with.
Specify the postage price. Ensure that you select a postage price that is suitable for the individual item, as if it will be sent on its own. You are responsible for setting the correct postage price. Read more about this in our Shipping Policy.
If a Buyer purchases multiple items from you then DESTASH automatically applies a reduction to the total postage fee payable by the Buyer to reflect the savings when packaging items together. Read more about this in our Postage document.
Complete. Once you tap 'Save', your item will be listed. Congratulations, your item is now available to purchase!
Update your listing
Make an item update. You can make updates to an item at any point before it has been purchased. Update a product by following these steps.
- Navigate to the 'Sell' screen by swiping or using the the menu.
- Tap the item.
- Tap 'Edit'.
- Make any updates, and tap 'Save'.
Delist a item. You can delist items at any point before it has been purchased. Delist a product by following these steps.
- Navigate to the 'Sell' screen by swiping or using the the menu.
- Tap the item.
- Tap 'Delist'.
Watch your notifications
When one or more of your items has been sold we will notify you in two ways. We will send you a mobile push message and send you an email, please monitor these delivery sources so that you can fulfill your orders in a timely manner.
