Shipping

When Application the buyer selects and pays for the shipping fees. The buyer can only select a shipping option which you have enabled.

'Collection' and 'Royal Mail' are the currently available shipping options, however, 'Royal Mail' is required and is always enabled by default.

Collection

Enabling 'Collection' gives the buyer the option to collect the product in person. Once a buyer purchases your product they will be notified of your home address as the pickup point. The buyer and seller should then communicate using the DESTASH app chat functionality to agree a date and time to carry out the collection. The collection is expected to happen at the sellers home address, however, at the sellers discretion they may accept collection at another convenient location.
