Your secure DESTASH wallet allows you to buy and sell products safely and conveniently.

Setup

Before your first purchase or sale you will need to setup your wallet. Simply follow the on screen instructions by providing the necessary information when requested.

Typically you will need to provide your legal name, address, birthdate, nationality and accept the terms and conditions of our payment processor in order to make sales on DESTASH.

To make a purchase your legal name and address should be enough.

Balances

Your wallet shows both 'Total' and 'Available' balances. Once you have made a sale the purchase price is shown in your 'Total' balance immediately, however, it is not 'Available' to withdraw until the buyer has confirmed that they have received the product satisfactorily.

Withdrawls

You can withdraw your earned money into your personal bank account once it shows on your 'Available' balance.

To enable withdrawls you must provide details of your bank account and typically you must also provide supporting documentation to prove your identifying information given when you setup your wallet. Accepted documentation to prove your identity in Great Britain is either your Passport or your Drivers Licence.

Once you have provided the required legal documentation it can take a few days for it to be verified.

Your Privacy

Privacy relating to your personal details to extremely important to us. We only request details to fulfill our payment provider and our legal obligations.

Credit card details are securely encrypted and never get sent to our servers.

Legal documentation such as your passport or drivers licence are passed directly to our payment provider and are never stored / retained by DESTASH.
