Selling

Follow these steps to make your first sale. For a more detailed step by step guide, see our selling-process page.

1. Download the app for free.
2. Sign up.
3. List each item individually by:
   • Taking photos.
   • Selecting a suitable category, brand, size and condition.
   • Choosing a item price.
4. Sold!
   • Get notified instantly of a sale via mobile notification and email.
   • Take receipt of payment immediately into your account. DESTASH takes zero seller fees.
5. Package up and post any item(s) bought.
   • Remember to get proof of shipment.
   • Update the fulfillment status of the item(s) in the app to let the buyer know it's in transit.
6. Delivered!
   • You'll get a notification once the item has been received by the buyer.

Buying

1. Download and setup the app for free
2. Sign up.
3. Search for products in several ways, such as:
   • By following people and getting recommendations via the home screen.
   • By using the search screen.
   • By setting up product alerts and getting mobile phone push notifications.
4. Add one or more items to your basket.
   • Multiple item (bundled) purchases from an individual seller will reduce the payable postage fees, see our postage page for how this is calculated.
5. Approved the purchase.
   • The app will direct you to the payment providers website to approve the payment. Once approved you will be redirected back to the app.
6. Posted!
   • You'll get a notification once the item is in transit.
7. Received!
   • Remember to let the seller know you have received the item by updating the fulfillment status in the app.
