Order payment method required

The buyer has created an order and must now provide a valid payment method.

Actions taken to get here

The buyer created the order.

The seller(s) approved the package postage fees. The order transitioned from order postage fee approval required because the seller(s) approved the package postage fees.

We cleaned up the temporary payment method which failed. The order transitioned from order payment method cleanup before next attempt because we cleaned up the temporary payment method which failed.

We instructed order payment but it failed. The order transitioned from order payment processing because we instructed order payment but it failed.

The buyer attempted payment approval but it failed. The order transitioned from order payment approval required because the buyer attempted payment approval but it failed.

We attempted capture of payment but it failed. The order transitioned from order payment approval processing because we attempted capture of payment but it failed.

Actions the buyer may take

Select a payment method. You can select a payment method and the order will transition to order payment processing.

Cancel the order. You can cancel the order and the order will transition to order cancelled.

Actions we may take

We will cancel the order after 2 days. If none of the above actions have been taken within 2 days we will cancel the order and the order will transition to order cancelled. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller(s) to carry out the required actions within the allotted time frames.
