We cancelled the package after 14 days. The package transitioned from package awaiting collection because none of the available actions were taken within 14 days.

The seller cancelled the package due for collection. The package transitioned from package awaiting collection because the seller cancelled the package due for collection.

Actions the buyer may take

Message the seller. You can chat to the seller at any point within the app.

Actions we will take

We will refund the buyer for the cancelled package due for collection. We will refund the buyer for the cancelled package due for collection and the package will transition to package for collection cancelled and refunded.
