Package awaiting collection

The buyer must collect the package.

Actions taken to get here

The buyer paid for the package and awaiting collection. The package transitioned from package awaiting payment because the buyer paid for the package and awaiting collection.

Actions the buyer may take

Confirm the package has been collected. You can confirm the package has been collected and the package will transition to package received and awaiting payment transfer.

Message the seller. You can chat to the seller at any point within the app.

Contact support. If you believe there is an issue with the order or the operation of the app we will always do our very best to help. You can contact us an we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Actions the seller may take

Wait for the buyer to confirm the package has been collected. You can wait for the buyer to confirm the package has been collected and the package will transition to package received and awaiting payment transfer.

Cancel the package due for collection. You can cancel the package due for collection and the package will transition to package for collection cancelled and awaiting refund.

Message the buyer. You can chat to the buyer at any point within the app.

Contact support. If you believe there is an issue with the order or the operation of the app we will always do our very best to help. You can contact us an we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Actions we may take

We will cancel the package after 14 days. If none of the above actions have been taken within 14 days we will cancel the package and the package will transition to package for collection cancelled and awaiting refund. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller(s) to carry out the required actions within the allotted time frames.
