Package awaiting payment

The buyer has created an order and must now provide a valid payment method.

Actions taken to get here

The buyer created the package as part of an order.

The seller approved the postage fees for the package. The package transitioned from package postage fee approval required because the seller approved the postage fees for the package.

Actions the buyer may take

Pay for the package and await collection. You can pay for the package and await collection and the package will transition to package awaiting collection.

Pay for the package and await postage. You can pay for the package and await postage and the package will transition to package awaiting postage.

Cancel the package. You can cancel the package and the package will transition to package payment cancelled.

Message the seller. You can chat to the seller at any point within the app.

Contact support. If you believe there is an issue with the order or the operation of the app we will always do our very best to help. You can contact us an we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
