The seller must post the package.

The buyer paid for the package and awaiting postage. The package transitioned from package awaiting payment because the buyer paid for the package and awaiting postage.

Actions the buyer may take

Wait for the seller to post the package. You can wait for the seller to post the package and the package will transition to package in transit.

Message the seller. You can chat to the seller at any point within the app.

Contact support. If you believe there is an issue with the order or the operation of the app we will always do our very best to help. You can contact us an we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Actions the seller may take

Post the package. You can post the package and the package will transition to package in transit.

Cancel the package due for postage. You can cancel the package due for postage and the package will transition to package for postage cancelled and awaiting refund.

Message the buyer. You can chat to the buyer at any point within the app.

Contact support. If you believe there is an issue with the order or the operation of the app we will always do our very best to help. You can contact us an we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Actions we may take

We will cancel the package after 7 days. If none of the above actions have been taken within 7 days we will cancel the package and the package will transition to package for postage cancelled and awaiting refund. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller(s) to carry out the required actions within the allotted time frames.
