The buyer has likely received the package but this has not been confirmed by the buyer.

Actions taken to get here

We marked the package as received but not confirmed after 14 days. The package transitioned from package in transit because none of the available actions were taken within 14 days.

Actions the buyer may take

Confirm the package has been received ok. You can confirm the package has been received ok and the package will transition to package received and awaiting payment transfer.

Confirm the package has been received but with an issue. You can confirm the package has been received but with an issue and the package will transition to package received with issue.

Message the seller. You can chat to the seller at any point within the app.

Contact support. If you believe there is an issue with the order or the operation of the app we will always do our very best to help. You can contact us an we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Wait for the buyer to confirm the package has been received ok. You can wait for the buyer to confirm the package has been received ok and the package will transition to package received and awaiting payment transfer.

Actions we may take

We can alert to an issue with the package while in transit. We can alert to an issue with the package while in transit and the package will transition to package postage issue while in transit.

We will confirm the package has been received ok after 2 days. If none of the above actions have been taken within 2 days we will confirm the package has been received ok and the package will transition to package received and awaiting payment transfer. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller(s) to carry out the required actions within the allotted time frames.
