The seller has confirmed that they have received the returned package but there is an issue.

The seller confirmed the package has been received but with an issue. The package transitioned from package in transit back to seller because the seller confirmed the package has been received but with an issue.

Actions the buyer may take

Actions we may take

It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller(s) to carry out the required actions within the allotted time frames.
